The Swanston Transfer Process
Speak with our friendly student advisors who will guide you through the transfer process. You’ll learn about:

- The eligibility criteria for transferring based on your current course and visa status.
If you are currently enrolled with another provider for less than six months, you’ll need a Letter of Release to comply with the ESOS Act.
- Conditional Offers: Swanston Institute can provide a Conditional Letter of Offer to support your request for a Letter of Release.
- Government-Sponsored Students: If you are sponsored by a government program, written approval from your sponsor is required.
- 1. Submit the Swanston Institute application form (available online or in-person).
- 2. Include your academic transcripts, passport, and visa documents for assessment.
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an Offer Letter detailing your course enrollment and next steps.
Accept your offer, pay the required fees, and secure your spot at Swanston Institute. Our team will assist you in transitioning to your new course without any break, ensuring compliance with visa conditions.
