Entry Requirements

To apply for the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), international students must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old at the commencement of the course.
  • Academic Requirements:
    • Have completed a Bachelor's degree
    •             OR
    • Have a nationally recognised Advanced Diploma (AQF level 6)/equivalent*/higher along with least two years of work experience in a leadership/management or learning management role within the last five years.
    •             OR
    • 3 years of relevant work experience in leadership, management, or learning development role within the past 5 years
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. (This requirement is specific to Swanston Institute. For immigration-related English language requirements, please see the table below)

Note: Meeting these requirements ensures you have the foundational knowledge and skills to succeed in advanced management studies.
