How to Apply with Transcript
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
Credit Transfer is available if:
- You have completed equivalent units with matching codes and titles at another Registered Training Organization (RTO) or educational institution.
- Your qualifications are current and align with the requirements of your chosen course at Swanston Institute.
Step 2: Gather Your Documents
Prepare the following:
- Original or certified copies of your academic transcripts or Statements of Attainment.
- Details of the course or units completed, including duration and institution name.
Step 3: Submit Your Application
- At the time of your application tick apply with credit transfers or fill out the credit transfer form.
- Attach your supporting documents and submit them via email or in person.
Step 4: Assessment and Outcome
- Our assessors will review your application to ensure the credits align with your intended qualification.
- You’ll receive a notification about the outcome and any adjustments to your course duration, schedule and tuition fee.

All Statements of Attainment submitted will be verified with the issuing institute and cross-checked with AVETMISS reporting to ensure authenticity and compliance.
